We look at property the way an operator does
Most buyers assess a building. We assess a business — because we are the ones who will have to run it.
We know early whether something works, so we do not waste an agent's time and we do not renegotiate late. Over time we intend to hold freehold and long-leasehold assets alongside our operating businesses.
What we look for
A broad view, deliberately
Operating sites, commercial investments, and development or change-of-use opportunities — anywhere in the United Kingdom.
High street, retail park, shopping centre, drive-thru or standalone. If an opportunity is strong we judge it on its merits, not against a checklist.
What matters more than the specification
- Location quality — footfall, catchment, and the strength of the surrounding operators.
- Long-term fundamentals — assets we would be content to hold, not just trade.
- Speed and certainty — decisions made directly by our directors, with funding and advisers already in place.
