Privacy policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. Who we are
This website (akihospitalitygroup.com) is operated by AKI Hospitality Ltd, trading as AKI Hospitality Group, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17067065). Registered office: 89 Delves Green Road, Walsall, WS5 4LP. For data protection purposes, AKI Hospitality Ltd is the data controller.
You can contact us about anything in this policy at contact@akihospitalitygroup.com.
2. What we collect and why
We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:
Enquiry forms and email. When you contact us — a general enquiry, a property submission, a partnership enquiry or a careers registration — we collect the details you provide (such as your name, company, email address, telephone number and message). We use them to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress a business relationship or recruitment conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries you have initiated) and, for recruitment, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
Careers information. If you register interest in a role, we hold your details for recruitment purposes. We keep unsuccessful or unprogressed applications for no longer than 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
3. Form processing
Enquiry forms on this site are delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service, which processes the form contents solely in order to email them to us. If you complete a form you may also receive an automatic acknowledgement from that service. Alternatively, you can always email us directly at the address shown on our contact page.
4. Analytics
If website analytics are enabled, they run only after you accept them through the cookie banner, and IP addresses are anonymised. See the Cookie Policy for details.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business (such as email hosting and form delivery providers), with professional advisers where necessary, and where we are required to by law. We do not transfer your data outside the UK/EEA except where a provider operates under appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any ongoing relationship, and in line with legal and accounting requirements where a business relationship follows.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@akihospitalitygroup.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
