AKI is led by two hands-on co-directors who are personally accountable for every project — and who are building a team around the same standards.
Raja leads site acquisition, property strategy, finance and franchise development. He led the Highcross acquisition and funding process end to end, and manages the group's relationships with landlords, banks, franchisors and professional advisers.
Akhlaq leads operations, people and compliance. He oversees the group's HR and payroll infrastructure and holds responsibility for operational standards across the estate.
